safe area good room helpful staff old furniture uncomfortable bed outdated system
the staff helped me store my bags when i arrived early. the room was good and it was in a safe area. they communicated well and i appreciated that.
The furniture was very old. there was no kettle, and the bed was uncomfortable. the door system uses a key card. This seemed outdated.

The hotel's location proved very convenient. it was near several good restaurants and a store. i found a metro station only a short walk away. It provided easy access to the city center. luggage storage was also very helpful.
my room was not very well lit. the washroom, in particular, needed brighter lights. this made it a little difficult to get ready in the mornings.

the reception staff were quick. they were also very efficient. the staff had good knowledge about local amenities and provided clear guidance to nearby restaurants. the staff gave prompt attention to requests.

the hotel is a short walk from the metro station. this provides convenient access to central areas. i discovered several breakfast places close by the hotel. it was also near a tram stop for quick transportation.

metro access convenient location train station central train station nice coffee delicious coffee strong smell unbearable smell hotel photos misleading photos respiratory problems health problems
the location was close to the metro and tram stations. a 20 minute walk took me to the central train station. the breakfast was what i expect in a hotel, and i enjoyed the coffee.
the room we had was very different from the hotel photos i saw. the smell in the room was too strong for all the days. i would not recommend it for people with respiratory problems.
